1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent.nl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent.nl provides AI-powered product photography generation services for e-commerce businesses. The Service allows users to upload product images and generate AI-enhanced fashion photography using third-party AI models.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per AI generation. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Free credits expire 90 days after account creation. Paid plan credits roll over for up to 3 months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate images that violate any applicable laws or regulations
Upload content you do not have the right to use
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
Generate NSFW, harmful, or misleading content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for commercial use. Agent.nl retains the right to use anonymised generation data to improve the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Agent.nl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
