What do I need to get started?
Your own Twilio account with a phone number, and your own OpenAI API key (plus an ElevenLabs key if you want their voices). You keep your provider accounts and pay them directly — we never resell minutes. A 5-step wizard in the dashboard walks you through phone, voice, persona, messaging, and go-live, and configures your Twilio webhooks with one click.
What languages does the AI voice agent support?
You pick one language per phone number from 43 supported languages — or leave it on auto-detect. Dutch, English, German, French, and Spanish are fully covered end to end, including the hold message and transfer flow. Booking forms and SMS confirmations are currently sent in Dutch or English.
How does the AI answer questions about my business?
You upload your business information, FAQs, and documents into a knowledge base — as text, files, or a Google Doc. The agent uses semantic search (RAG) with optional LLM re-ranking to find the most relevant passage for each caller. You can tune the similarity threshold and number of results, and test answers with the built-in simulator before going live.
What happens when the AI cannot answer a question?
The agent checks which of your colleagues is available and performs a real warm transfer: the caller waits in a hold loop while your colleague is called and hears a short spoken summary of the reason before joining. If nobody is free, the agent either shares your scheduling link or texts your team a callback request.
Can the agent book appointments in my existing calendar?
Yes — Calendly or Google Calendar. As soon as the caller names a moment, the agent texts a secure booking link that stays valid for 30 minutes. The caller confirms name, e-mail, and time on a short form showing your real free slots, and the appointment lands in your calendar with an SMS and e-mail confirmation. Cancelling and rescheduling work the same way.
Is my data stored securely and GDPR-compliant?
Calls are not recorded — only a text transcript is kept, and you can switch that off entirely per account. All data is processed and stored within the EU, every provider key is stored encrypted, and every Twilio webhook is signature-verified. You can export your call history with personal data masked, or delete it all in one click.
